The Secretariat of the Scottish Venezuelan Society is carried out by Devin Scobie, Managing Director of Caledonia Consulting, an Edinburgh-based communications consultancy.
Devin is an experienced media and public affairs specialist. Additional administrative support is provided by other members of the Caledonia Consulting team.
